What Is an Apostolic and Prophetic Council?
It is a high-level body of Kingdom leaders entrusted with discerning, declaring, and directing the will of God in matters that affect the Church, the nation, and the world. This council speaks into policies, regional needs, justice initiatives, and spiritual reform.

The Council itself does the high-level work—governance, legislation of Heaven’s agenda, prophetic oversight. But the redemptive work happens in districts across the nation. This is where policy meets people, where advocacy becomes action, and where our task forces mobilize teams, initiatives, and strategies to see lasting change on the ground.
Each district carries a portion of Heaven’s justice mandate, and together we form a network that is spiritually united and strategically deployed.
